This completely renovated Two bedrooms, fully fitted, fully furnished, self catering Ground floor Apartment, suitable for 4 people (for comfort a maximum of five), in the Edificio "Goya" is available for rental all year. Everything you normally would have in your own home, we have in the apartment. Why not have a chilled out, relaxing holiday, vacation or break in this delightful typical Spanish seaside resort of Guardamar del Segura, on the Costa Blanca.
Our Apartment in Guardamar del Segura: The apartment, is on the ground floor, just outside the external access door is a small tiled terrace with a grassed area, a garden table and four chairs, which is favourite for having a nice cool beer or a glass of chilled wine and people watch as they go to and from the beach.. From here you can look down and see the lovely blue sea of the Mediterranean, which is a three minutes walk or 150 metres down to a glorious Blue Flag beach stretching for 12 kilometres.
What We Offer:
WE offer FREE RETURN TRANSFERS from and to Alicante airport. We will personally meet and greet you, whether you have us pick you up at the airport or you hire a car, at the apartment. As a thank you, for staying at the apartment there is, free of charge, a welcome pack, consisting of tea, coffee, milk, sugar, cakes, fresh fruit, bottled drinking water and a bottle of wine.
The nearest airport is Alicante which is about 30 minutes by car
We offer a competitively priced rental tariff for our holiday apartment in Guardamar, by not adding the extra charges for cleaning the apartment, meet and greet, welcome pack etc

Within walking distance from the apartment, there is a large selection of reasonably priced Chinese, Indian, Italian and steakhouse restaurants and of course, what you are going to Spain for, Spanish restaurants, Spanish bars selling tapas are plentiful.
On the promenade next to the Playa Central beach in Guardamar there are restaurants serving their reasonably priced Menu del Dia which is usually their own speciality dishes, such as paella and freshly caught local fish, prawns and calamari.
